Rob has been steadily building his career in real estate as a property manager since 2011. Having previously been a Head of Department, Rob brings with him strong management credentials and more than a decade of customer-service experience to his role as the Department Manager at REOM Real Estate of Melbourne.
Rob is efficient, accommodating, diligent and always approachable. As the former owner of his own business – a café – Rob understands the importance of organisation and hard work at every step of the property journey, and his maturity and tireless work ethic as a real estate professional reflects this.
Having extensive industry connections Rob can draw on a large contact base for all issues relating to property management. His experience gives him a keen understanding of business structures and an adherence to budgeting, along with risk management for landlords.
A straight-talker, Rob is honest, up-front, and a skilful negotiator. In property management, where most days are spent advising and assisting clients, two-way communication is extremely important. For Rob, this means listening carefully to each client’s individual needs as well as keeping each client up to date on market news and any changing legislations.
In his spare time, Rob likes spending time with his family, dining out, supporting both the Richmond Tigers and Melbourne Victory and keeping fit.
